• Good understanding of
  Biologics area
• Understanding of
  GMP Facilities and IT Infrastructure
• Good exposure to diagramming and product management tools
  like Visio, JIRA etc

• Strong Business Analyst skills
• Good Communication and Deduction skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Management/Information Technology/Computer Science/ Business Analytics or in any related field. Masters level degree is a plus

• Min 2 years of experience in Life science domain and in business analyst in a client facing role
• Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team
• Creating requirement documents such as Business Requirement Document (BRD), Use-cases, and any other artifact needed for the project
• Knowledge on Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Demonstrable track record of business analysis and requirements analysis for projects with multiple stakeholders and high organizational or process complexity
